Red Leaves completed

Red Leaves was a relatively quick knit and took just under three skeins of yarn for a smallish shawl/largish scarf depending on your viewpoint. And as usual, the final blocking is the most fun of all.

Ain't that neat?

Lace is more impressive looking than it really is, especially at a comparatively large gauge. Check out Stephanie's baby shawl that looks like it has has both Orenberg and Shetland inspirations for an idea of how much work goes into a fine gauge shawl with a complicated edging.
