Money for Surveys

Surveys don't pay a living wage, but I enjoy doing them as a break from other computer work, and the check you get is a nice bonus.

My SurveyWould you write me so that I can refer you?
I've gotten over $200 total from them since I joined around 2004.
Surveyspothttps://www.surveyspot.com/join/Join.faces?VendorID=33&OptInSource=usgen&locale=en_US
Another good survey company.  I've gotten about $100 yearly from them.
MyView This seems to be by invitation only; I assume I got one from a mailing from one of the other sites.  The per-survey rate is about $2.00. I’ve been doing these for less time and earned about $30.
Opinion PlaceOpinion Place gives you the option of either getting AA miles or paypal credit.  These rewards are less than they once were, and the cash is probably a better deal that the miles.
e-rewardsE-rewards also requires an invitation; your frequent flier program may send you one or you may be able to request it. Some people hate E-rewards; some people love it – I got 2,000 miles in five programs and 6,000 Hilton points last year, so I’m not complaining.  It's a good way to keep miles in less active programs from expiring through inactivity, however, e-rewards has recently (2008) started offering Macys gift certificates which to me are more cost-effective at $90 in e-rewards currency for a $50 gift certificate versus $100 for 2,000 miles. Answering the demographic questions carefully (be a decision maker!) helps to get more surveys.
ZoomerangWould you write me so that I can refer you?
Zoomerang, like Harris Polls, offers points redeemable for merchandise instead of cash.  Only a few prizes are desirable, so check that there is something that you want and know that items are replaced without warning, so it may not make sense to save up a long time.  However, the fulfillment company they use (same as Harris) is very reliable and prompt about rewards.  There have been more survey opportunities with more payout; I've redeemed for new luggage.
Harris Polls
Harris Polls, like Zoomerang, offers points redeemable for merchandise instead of cash.  Only a few prizes are desirable, so check that there is something that you want and know that items are replaced without warning, so it may not make sense to save up a long time - one useful low point reward are the $5 via paypal for the lowest redemption level (800 points). The fulfillment company they use is very reliable and prompt about rewards.  I've gotten about $50-60 in reward cards over a few years.
Survey Savvyhttps://www.surveysavvy.com?id=2950466&action=join
I've only joined Survey Savvy recently, but the payout is decent (about $2 per survey).
MypointsWould you write me so that I can refer you?
Mypoints is also primarily a shopping portal, but sends survey opportunities with their other emails. At 50 points per completed survey and 10 points to not qualify, it makes more sense not to qualify and get 10 fast points.
MemolinkWould you write me so that I can refer you?
Memolink is also primarily a shopping portal, but has survey opportunities.
Inbox Dollarshttp://www.inboxdollars.com/?r=lwitchel
Inbox Dollars is a mixed site offering shopping, surveys and pay-to-read emails and one I like more as time goes by.  It has a decent survey offer.  A completed survey gets you 50 cents and they are usually brief., but this payout was halved from $1, making surveys here less attractive.
CreationsRewardshttp://www.creationsrewards.net/?referid=_26_59_D1_8F_CB_AC_19
Another mixed site.  Survey opportunities here are relatively low paying.
